Cody and Lauren were amazing. I broke down in Baton Rouge on my way to Florida, where we are moving and we were stranded with our 2 dogs. Pat Kelly took very good care of my vehicle while Cody and Lauren helped look after me and my dogs. I VERY much appreciate everything that was done and Cody went above and beyond by giving me his direct number in case I broke down again along with the Roadside assistance number. Lauren went to far as to tell me that it was her long weekend off and that she'd be happy to drive behind me to make sure I made it to my final destination. WOW!! Try to find another employee who would give up their weekend to make sure I made it to where I was going! NOT likely to happen! Again, this was the most personal service I've ever received from a car dealership and would be a VERY loyal customer if I lived in Baton Rouge. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! The schedule time was kept and the service schedule was prepaired before I got there. Hour 45 min for 4 tires, alignment, and oil change. Great!

Cody is my "go to guy" for service on my 2007 Avalon and my 2009 Corolla. If he is not in, Bailey takes care of me. Having moved to Baton Rouge from the Lake Charles area, I was used to having "friends" at my local dealership care for me for the past 20 years. Thankfully, I get that same personal service in the "big city" here at Price Leblanc! I have also met with their Service Manager, Eric Spears. He is just as friendly as the staff he supports!

I would recommend everyone service their vehicle at Price Leblanc! Cody takes care of our every need and we are always greeted with a smile. I have never had a bad experience and have two of three vehicles serviced here! It doesn't compare to anywhere!!

Yes I wanted to share; Lauren, my service assistant was phenomenal.  She was great and personal and went got the van from the wash herself with great customer service and she should be recognized for that.
